| 1. | The University does not authorise any third-party intermediaries or agencies to manage admissions applications and related processes. Please submit your application and fees directly to Hong Kong Baptist University. |
| 2. | Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information or document(s) by you or any third party on your behalf as part of your application for admission will lead to straight disqualification and cancellation of any offers made by the University. If the circumstances warrant, the University may also report the case to the relevant authorities and/or law enforcement bodies. |
| Eligibility | |
| 1. | This application system is designed for Non-JUPAS applicants who wish to be considered for admission to our Undergraduate Programmes. Non-JUPAS applicants refer to: - Local and non-local students applying on the strength of international qualifications; or - Local and non-local students/ holders of Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma/ Diploma; or - Non-local students applying on the strength of HKDSE results; or - Non-local Non-Mainland applicants / applicants with previous JEE results * Definition of non-local students: According to the Education Bureau, non-local students are defined as person entering Hong Kong for the purpose of education with any of the following student visa/ entry permit issued by the Director of Immigration of the Hong Kong Government: - student visa/ entry permit; or - visa under the Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates; or - dependant visa, who are aged 18 years old or above when they were issued with such visa. | 2. | Local applicants applying solely on the strength of HKDSE should submit their application via JUPAS. |
| 3. | Local applicants with Residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents (港澳台居民居住证) / Mainland applicants attending the 2025 National Joint College Entrance Examination (JEE) should apply via Admissions Scheme for Mainland Students (内地招生计划). |
Application
| 1. | The OAS is accessible during the following period
2. | Sign Up for a user account to start your application. | 3. | Activate your user account with the link in the email sent to your registered email. | 4. | Sign in your account and complete the application form in English unless otherwise specified. | 5. | Refer to demo for detailed instructions on the online application. | 6. | Remember to save the data before signing out the account. If you forget to sign out, your account will be suspended for 15 minutes, and you will lose the unsaved data. | 7. | If your online application has been left idle for 15 minutes, your account will be automatically signed out. | 8. | You can only submit one application with up to two programme choices in one admission cycle. | 9. | Submit your application and pay a non-refundable application fee of HK$450 by application deadline. Otherwise, your application will not be processed. | 10. | An acknowledgement will be sent to your registered email shortly after you have submitted your application successfully. If you do not receive the acknowledgement after submission of the application, please contact us at ardirect@hkbu.edu.hk. | 11. | Application materials of unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed by the end of September 2025. | Amendment of Data Once you have submitted your application, you are not able to change the input information through the system, except for (1) uploading supporting documents; and/or (2) updating cGPA/ average score (if applicable). Please note that request for change of study year and programme choices after submission is not entertained. Announcement of Application Results Applicants with admissions offers will be notified of the offer details by email/ SMS. You may also view the offer details via the OAS. To accept the admission offer, you are required to pay a non-refundable Admission Confirmation Fee by the deadline stated on the offer letter. Student Visa Enquiries
